Data Entry Agent -Remote

 Bold Business is currently hiring for a Data Entry Agent this is a remote position. As a Data Enrichment Associate, you will be part of our team responsible for supporting credentialing contracts with various clients. Your role will involve researching and resolving exceptions in the credentialing process, ensuring high-quality work standards, and contributing to quality control. You will be conducting data entry tasks, verifying information, and reaching out to stakeholders for missing details. Some of your responsibilities include verifying information from third parties, updating licenses in our database, and assisting with special projects. To qualify for this role, you need excellent English language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from home with your own PC and internet connection.

Your roles and responsibilities as Data Enrichment Associate include but is not limited to:

• Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information

• Responsible for reviewing and completing Data Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client

• Primary work is data entry of product comparison conducted using Client-provided forms and systems through product research (Specific tasks to be conveyed during training)

• Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks

• Entering information found on online databases into our databases

• Conducting internal, or online, research into verifications

• Purchase primary source verifications from third parties

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to support a Work from Home setup

• Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)

• Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
