Data Entry Operator: Earn Up to $22 an Hour

Kforce is partnering with a prominent healthcare client seeking a Data Entry Operator Contractor to assist their National Human Resources and Talent Management Team. This role is entirely remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the country, but you must adhere to Pacific Time business hours.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry software. As part of the team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating employee records, assisting with HR reports, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

In addition to technical skills, effective communication is essential, as you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline processes and support HR initiatives. • Conduct mid-volume data entry, with speed being a secondary concern

• Review job description content and perform formatting audits at a high volume

• Analyze job requirements and quickly develop prescreening questions as a Data Entry Operator

• Follow established guidelines and work independently on daily tasks
