Your responsibilities as a Representative, Recovery of receivables, will include the evaluation of scenarios and the solicitation of commitments from small and medium-sized firms in regard to accounts receivable. You will be responsible for making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls from clients of the leading telecom business in Canada on a regular basis.
You will be responsible for the following in your role:
Conduct an investigation into the possibilities of suffering a loss of revenue utilizing a variety of techniques and approaches to work;
Recover overdue bills by providing information, engaging in negotiation, and conducting an analysis of available payment methods, all while adhering to the company’s processes and rules;
Document the conversation, and keep the information on accounts receivable up to date.

The following qualifications are necessary for you to join the team:
Bilingual (written and spoken in both English and French)
completion of one’s high school education;
Having excellent negotiating skills, adhering to established norms and processes,
The ability to work in a computer-dominated environment while juggling multiple responsibilities;
Previous experience with a collection is advantageous.
A willingness to work Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM;

Candidates must live within a reasonable distance of the Nordia Montreal center in order to be able to come to pick up their equipment prior to the training or travel there if required. This is one of the eligibility criteria. What we have to offer is:
